Vida Saludable



"HEALTHY LIFESTYLE"



A healthy lifestyle is to eat vegetables and fruit, do exercise and don't eat junk food, drink water everyday, sleep eight hours daily. Also take a shower everyday and wash your teeth. Practice some sport help to keep a healthy body, save sports are; soccer, Athletics, yoga, etc.

We should not consume alcoholic beverages, drugs and cigars, because they are bad for the body and health.

If you follow these steps, you will have a healthy lifestyle.

The food habits of my predecessors
Nowadays our alimentation is not healthy, we eat junk food, and we do not take care of the calories that we consume; besides that we do not eat at the hours that must be.

Our predecessors were not also falling ill followed because their alimentation was very healthy.

Our predecessors were not generating a lot of garbage out to the fact that they weren't using so many disposable products like plastic bags or were changing clothes, but, now there is more garbage than in the past because everything is disposable.
